We lead visitors to their success

We are a Tokyo based organization specializing in cultural and educational exchange activities between Asia and the rest of the world. Our main focus is working with school communities but since being founded in 1979, we have collaborated with a diverse range of individuals and organizations in a wide variety of fields.

Our mission is to promote international understanding and friendship through the exchange of knowledge, skills and friendship. We achieve this by bringing participants from Asia - largely Japan but occasionally elsewhere - to work closely with hosting communities, tailoring each visit to meet the skills, needs and interests of all parties.

To date we have facilitated almost 17,000 visits to over 50 countries. We work closely with all parties to ensure each opportunity reaches its full potential and delivers the greatest possible rewards.
